Hi everyone, I am thinking about hiring a local software developer as a long-term contractor for my startup. He mentioned that he operates as a legal entity, which would make my accounting much easier, but I want to be 100% sure before we start. I need to check if company is VAT registered so that I know whether to expect tax added to his monthly service fees or not.
