From what I've seen, mobile access has become a standard feature in most modern Forex CRM solution platforms. It allows brokers and sales teams to monitor client activity, respond to inquiries, approve requests, and track performance even when they're away from the office.
A responsive mobile interface or dedicated app makes daily operations much more convenient and helps ensure faster customer service.
While features may vary between providers, reliable mobile access is now something I consider essential when choosing a Forex CRM solution.
