I’m trying to approach Mondays differently by focusing on positivity rather than stress. I’ve read that intentional practices like gratitude journaling, short meditation, or goal setting can make a big difference.
I’m curious about what others do to feel uplifted at the start of the week. Are there any personal rituals, prayers, or motivational habits you follow to set the tone for success? Tips on mindfulness or reflection would also be great.
