My business is growing but my storage is a disaster

    I started my company three years ago with just a few products and a small shelf in a shared warehouse, and now I've got my own space in Ajman, five employees, and inventory that seems to multiply overnight. On paper this is exactly what I wanted, but honestly I feel like I'm drowning in stuff I can't properly organize. I've got crates stacked so high I'm worried about safety, products buried so deep I forget I have them, and my team wastes so much time hunting for things that should be easy to find. I've been looking into ways to discover trusted logistics and storage services that can help me get control of this chaos before it gets worse. I'm hoping to find someone in Ajman who can look at my current operation, help me figure out a better layout, recommend the right crates and shelving, and maybe even help me set up a basic inventory system so I actually know what I have. I'm open to any advice from people who've been through this growth stage what did you wish you'd done sooner when it came to storage and organization?
