Terms of Use Agreement
Introduction
This Terms of Use Agreement and Privacy Policy, along with all published policies on the ORGANESH platform, are designed to protect and preserve the rights of both the owning company and the user accessing the site, whether registered or not, as well as the consumer benefiting from the content, whether registered or not.
The terms, conditions, and legal disputes are subject to the laws, regulations, and statutes in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
By being a user or consumer on the ORGANESH platform, you agree to comply with all that is stated in this agreement upon using the platform, accessing it, or registering for the service. The ORGANESH platform reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time, and such amendments will be binding on all parties after being announced on the site or through any other means.
Article One: Definitions
1. Platform: ORGANESH is an electronic platform that allows users to create accounts to publish their content in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Its headquarters is in Riyadh, and it is referred to in this agreement as (the owning entity of the ORGANESH platform), "we," "us," "the site," "the platform," or "the first party."
2. User: A user is the account creator on the ORGANESH platform for the purpose of communication, browsing, publishing content, or creating an electronic store as a service provider for practicing e-commerce on the ORGANESH platform. They are referred to in this agreement as "the member," "the practitioner," "the service provider," or "the second party."
3. Electronic Store: An electronic account that allows the user to display, sell, provide services, advertise, or exchange data related to products.
Article Two: Terms of Use
As the second party in this agreement and as a beneficiary of the services of the ORGANESH platform, you must comply with the following:
1. Do not advertise or upload inappropriate content or items that do not comply with the available classifications on the platform, and review the advertising terms and prohibited goods before advertising.
2. Do not violate or circumvent the platform's laws, policies, and regulations, or any rights relating to third parties.
3. Do not copy advertisements from the ORGANESH platform and republish them on other sites.
4. Do not use any illegal means to access advertisements or data of other users or violate the policies and rights of the owning company, or access platform content or gather and collect information concerning ORGANESH or its customers for any purpose or republish it.
5. Do not use our services if you are not legally qualified to enter into this agreement.
6. Do not manipulate the prices of goods, whether in buying or selling, to the detriment of other consumers.
7. Do not include false offers, statements, or claims in advertisements that may directly or indirectly mislead or deceive consumers, or constitute defamation or slander.
8. Do not engage in policies, international sovereignty issues, recognized figures, or any unlawful discussions within the owning company.
9. Do not transfer your account or activities to other sites that carry the company's logo or services.
10. Do not violate the intellectual property rights of the owning company, including copyright, trademarks, patents, publicity rights, databases, or any other intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to the owning company.
11. Do not include in advertisements a logo or trademark you do not have the right to use, or counterfeit marks, or anything that infringes on others' intellectual property rights or patents.
12. Do not advertise tobacco and smoking products (these goods expose you to violations by relevant authorities).
13. Do not violate human rights regulations or engage in human trafficking in any form, and comply with the regulations for advertising labor services.
14. Comply with the regulations and licenses issued by the National Center for Wildlife Protection.
15. Do not collect or use the personal data of site users or their electronic communications for unauthorized or unpermitted purposes, or disclose it to others, with or without compensation, except with the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
16. Do not engage in any conduct that may harm the reputation of the owning company in any form, whether on the platform itself or on other social media platforms. The company reserves the right to seek damages arising from such conduct.
17. Do not impersonate the owning company, its representatives, or employees, or any title suggesting you are affiliated with the company unless you have official permission from the company.
18. The use of this service is prohibited by any non-human user, except for non-human users belonging to the following companies only:
• Google
• Facebook
• Twitter
Failure to comply with these terms grants the owning company the right to suspend your membership and refer your violation to the relevant authorities for penalties when necessary, as well as to prevent you from accessing the platform and adding your phone number to the list of suspended accounts without any liability and without the need to notify you. You also agree not to return to use the platform unless it is approved by the platform.
Article Three: Liability
The owning company provides a service that enables users to display their goods and publish content according to the agreed-upon usage policy. It does not provide any guarantees and bears no responsibility in the event of non-compliance by the user or consumer.
The ORGANESH platform disclaims any responsibility for any risks, damages, consequences, or losses incurred by the seller, buyer, or any other party. Those who suffer damage should visit the "Contact Us" link and explain the harm suffered, and the company will take action based on the nature of the incident without any liability.
By using the ORGANESH platform, you acknowledge your full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and statutes while using the platform. You are also responsible for managing all purchase and delivery operations if the account is an electronic store, and for resolving any issues and disputes arising from the content of the advertisement. You must adhere to the content guidelines set by the ORGANESH platform and bear the consequences and damages of the content, releasing the ORGANESH platform from any claims arising from or related to your transactions.
By using the ORGANESH platform, you authorize the platform to store the personal and non-personal data you have entered on the company’s servers, and we have the right to access and review it.
By using the ORGANESH platform, you acknowledge the platform's right to monitor private messages when necessary to ensure compliance with the Terms of Use, and we have the right to delete advertisements and take action on attached images when needed.
The directives, decisions, and instructions from the management and supervisors of the site are binding on the second party upon delivery via private messages on the site, mobile, email, or notification system, and you must comply with them.
By using the platform, you acknowledge the right of the ORGANESH platform that if you violate the laws and regulations of the Kingdom or the policies of the ORGANESH platform, the owning company has the right to seek damages and losses from you and charge you for legal fees related to all matters and cases concerning your violation, and you are obligated to compensate for them.
Article Four: Membership Conditions
Membership is defined as the username registered by the individual on the ORGANESH platform, which is linked to their mobile number, and must comply with the following conditions:
A suitable and appropriate name must be chosen during the registration process.
Creating more than one account for the same user on the platform is prohibited.
Using more than one membership on the platform for each person or entity is prohibited.
You must update your mobile number linked to the membership if your number changes or is lost.
If your membership name includes a trade name or trademark, you must be the owner of the trademark or authorized to use the name or trademark.
Selling or transferring the membership to another party is prohibited, and allowing any other party to use it is also prohibited. The original member is responsible for any violations or legal liabilities, and both parties in the case of sale or transfer are violating the usage policy of the ORGANESH platform.
The member must not share their membership information with anyone.
The ORGANESH platform commits to taking necessary measures to protect and preserve data, knowing that the internet is not a 100% secure means of storing confidential information (see the Privacy Document).
The service exchanges some information with your device to provide the service to you.
The platform uses statistical programs such as Google Analytics to develop and improve the service.
By using the ORGANESH platform, you acknowledge the platform's right to suspend your number or account and include it in the list of suspended accounts if a report or complaint is filed against you or if you commit a violation deemed worthy of suspension by the platform's management. You undertake not to publish these incidents or events on electronic platforms or social media, and we have the right, if proven, to refer the matter to the relevant authority for penalties and fines, and hold you liable for all resulting damages and losses.
Article Five: Conditions for Adding Content to the Platform
1. You commit not to advertise any prohibited goods on the platform.
2. You commit not to add any prohibited responses on the platform.
3. You commit not to send any prohibited messages on the platform.
4. You commit to specifying the selling price of the advertised goods.
5. You commit to monitoring your advertisement and responding to customer inquiries through replies or private messages.
6. You commit to adhering to the policy on repeated advertisements.
7. The advertised material must be a good or service only.
8. The advertisement must contain complete details and be in the correct section.
9. The platform reserves the right to delete any content or advertisement without providing a reason for the deletion.
10. Copying any advertisement from the platform is prohibited.
11. You must obtain the necessary licenses for advertising if you are providing a service, selling goods, or practicing a profession that requires regulation and licensing, and disclose the registered entity and license or permit details along with the applicable professional title and the state granting the license or permit.
12. The advertiser must ensure that the images added to the advertisement are of the same good being advertised.
13. Content images must be morally appropriate, of high quality, and must not violate the Ministry of Labor regulations, human rights, or any governmental or private entity's regulations.
14. You must adhere to not advertising goods and services that fall under the list of prohibited goods and services. You must also comply with the list of prohibited responses and prohibited messages.
15. You commit not to advertise for someone you do not know or register for someone you do not know.
16. Updating and modifying the advertisement are subject to all conditions and regulations in this agreement, and the user is responsible for any violations that occur during the creation of the advertisement or after updating or modifying it.
17. The creation, updating, and modification are solely the responsibility of the user.
18. The advertiser is obligated to update the advertisement, and if not updated, the advertisement will be automatically deleted.
Article Six: Regulations for Advertising Labor Services
1. To advertise labor services, the entity must be a recruitment office licensed to conduct this activity.
2. The advertisement must not contain terms or phrases that could offend the dignity of foreign workers and domestic labor, such as using terms like "for sale," "for purchase," or "for transfer," which should be replaced with "service transfer."
3. The advertisement must not include the terms "servant" or "maid," but should use "worker" or "employee."
4. The advertisement must not impose any financial costs on the worker for the transfer of services under any circumstances.
5. The advertisement must not include personal photographs, identity cards, residence permits, passports, or any other personal data of foreign workers and domestic labor.
6. The advertisement must not indicate that the service provider, advertiser, or their equivalent receives any financial amounts for service transfers under any circumstances.
7. The worker's consent must be obtained before transferring their services.

Article Seven: Prohibited Goods
Advertisers promoting the listed products (prohibited goods) on the platform will be banned. Advertising or purchasing these items is prohibited, and those who respond to such advertisements via private messages or replies will also be banned. Please note that there will be no warning prior to the ban, and the ban is final and non-negotiable.
Prohibited goods include:
1. All goods prohibited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Installment plans and banking products are prohibited, even if considered legitimate.
3. Medicines and medical and health products are prohibited, even if allowed under Ministry of Health laws or recommended by the ministry.
4. Network marketing is strictly prohibited in any form.
5. Weapons, including firearms, pistols, rifles, personal protection weapons, and their accessories, even if licensed.
6. Sexual products in all forms and types.
7. Stocks, portfolio management, currencies, and marketing related to them.
8. Laser devices and spying or eavesdropping equipment.
9. Websites, forums, electronic services, emails, membership sales, and software.
10. Selling any free goods, such as emails and social media accounts.
11. Goods that infringe on intellectual property rights, such as pirated software and movies.
12. Tobacco products.
13. Advertising products or services requiring a license without obtaining the necessary license from the regulatory authority.
14. Prohibited devices such as jamming devices or signal boosters.
15. Devices that pose security risks.
16. Advertising SIM cards or communication services without obtaining the necessary licenses and submitting them to the licensing system on the site.
17. Collecting and selling data in violation of personal data protection regulations.

Article Eight: Prohibited Advertisements
The following list contains most of the prohibited advertising methods on the platform:
1. All advertisements that do not relate to buying and selling.
2. Advertising for the purpose of adding a suggestion or discussing an issue with the management of the ORGANESH platform. Advertisements are for buying and selling only.
3. Adding advertisements for suggestions to develop the platform. For suggestions or complaints, please fill out the form in the "Contact Us" section.
4. Incomplete advertisements.
5. Low-quality advertisements.
6. Poor communication between the advertiser and interested members regarding the displayed item (e.g., advertising a moisturizer and then not responding to calls or private messages).
7. Advertising in the wrong section (e.g., advertising for a moisturizer in the furniture section or selling furniture in the car section).
8. Adding an advertisement while having another account that is banned. You must first discuss the ban with us before adding any new advertisements.
9. Adding a picture that does not belong to the same item, even if for clarification purposes.
10. Adding images of items not being advertised (e.g., advertising a used phone and then including an image of another used phone of the same type).
11. Any advertisement that contains a reference to a racial matter in any form.
12. Any advertisement that contains incorrect information, whether intentional or unintentional (e.g., advertising a beauty device as unused, then it is proven to have been used or has a defect).
13. Adding an advertisement for the purpose of defamation. If you have a complaint against an advertiser, please contact us and clarify the issue. If your problem is with an unrelated entity, please report it to the responsible authority.
14. Adding a title for an advertisement that contradicts the content of the advertisement (e.g., writing in the title "Camry 2011" while the content is about wanting a "Camry 2011." The visitor will think there is an offer for a "Camry 2011").
15. Copying an advertisement from another advertiser or part of it.
16. General advertisements that do not specify a particular item (e.g., advertising "We have land for sale" or "We have cars for sale in our showroom." The correct approach is to advertise the specific item, e.g., "We have a car type X, model Y, etc.").
17. Donation and assistance advertisements. The state’s regulations prohibit donations and charitable work outside the specified legal framework.
18. Advertisements about contributions and subscriptions.
19. Soliciting and assisting beggars. Members who assist beggars on the platform will be banned.
20. Requesting Favors and assistance, whether legitimate or illegitimate.
21. Advertisements that exploit authority.
22. Advertising in replies.
Article Nine: Prohibited Responses

Advertising in responses.
Undervaluation.
Insults and abusive language, whether justified or not.
Lack of seriousness or intention to purchase.
Commenting to add a joke or news.
Mocking the product or the advertiser.
Article Ten: Prohibited Private Messages

Insults and abusive language, whether justified or not.
Article Eleven: Subscription System
The ORGANESH platform offers an annual subscription system for certain services. If you subscribe to a system, you must adhere to the subscription terms, which differ based on the type and nature of the subscription. You must generally comply with the following:
Read the subscription terms before paying the fees and ensure that the subscription aligns with the nature of your activity.
Pay the subscription fees before benefiting from the service.
The ORGANESH platform has the right to suspend your account or limit account features if it is determined that you are not complying with the platform's usage policies.
If you wish to recover your subscription fees, you must submit a refund request within 3 days of the payment date.
The platform is not obligated to refund subscription fees if the refund request is submitted more than 3 days after payment or if the account suspension is due to a violation of the usage policy.
Article Twelve: Payment and Transaction Procedures
To protect your transactions with the seller or buyer, you must follow all or some of the following steps:
Conduct the sale face-to-face in a public place using reliable legal methods.
Verify the identity of the seller or buyer before any transaction.
Inspect the product to ensure it is free of defects.
Use the secure payment methods outlined in the platform's transaction guidelines.
Failure to comply with the above guidelines may expose you to fraud, and you acknowledge under this agreement that you bear full responsibility and that the owning company is not a party to the transaction and bears no responsibility. You commit to filing a report or complaint on the ORGANESH platform to address the fraudulent party and will report the incident to the relevant authorities if any harm occurs. You also agree not to publish these incidents or events on electronic platforms, social media, or elsewhere.
Article Thirteen: Security Policy of the Owning Company
The owning company is committed to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and is not a party to any disputes or issues arising between users due to one or both parties violating the Terms of Use. However, we strive to enhance the security aspect of the platform to minimize and eliminate violations by some users that contravene the usage policies and terms. This is to ensure fair buying and selling and combat fraud and deception, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Therefore, the owning company has the right to take necessary action against any individual or legal entity that violates these rules, including legal action before the relevant authority. The following are common violations and the necessary actions regarding them:
If a customer experiences fraud by another party: The customer should report to the relevant security authorities and fill out the complaint form on the ORGANESH platform in the "Contact Us" section. The platform management will review the complaint and investigate the accused party to take appropriate action. The ORGANESH platform will not be a party to such cases and bears no responsibility, but we will provide information to the relevant authorities if requested officially.
Violation of state policies or sovereignty: The advertisement will be deleted, the advertiser's membership will be suspended, and the relevant authorities will be notified.
If an advertisement for any prohibited goods is posted: The advertisement will be documented and archived, deleted, the member will be suspended, and relevant authorities will be notified.
If an individual, institution, or company engages in illegal methods (such as hacking or using unauthorized data collection methods) to access platform content, programming, databases, or information related to ORGANESH customers to copy and republish advertisements or benefit in any way: The owning company will approach the relevant authorities to prosecute the other party for electronic hacking and violation of information crime laws.
If an individual or legal entity copies advertisements from the owning company to another site: The owning company will approach the relevant authorities to file a lawsuit and pursue the other party for infringing the company's rights.
Violation of third-party intellectual property rights or patents: If you believe your rights have been violated, you must fill out the rights infringement complaint form and provide evidence of the infringement in the published advertisement. The owning company will review the complaint, verify its validity, and take necessary action. You must also approach the relevant authorities if you wish to sue the party that infringed your rights. The owning company will not be a party to the case and bears no responsibility.
If the second party falsely rates another member, both members will be suspended and prevented from using the platform if it is evident that they colluded. Necessary actions will be taken for any consequences resulting from this rating.
In cases of defamation, insults, or privacy violations: The affected customer should fill out the relevant complaint form, and the platform management will review the complaint and investigate the accused customer. Necessary action will be taken if it is confirmed that the Terms of Use were violated. The harmed customer should approach the relevant authorities to file a complaint. The owning company will not be a party to such cases and bears no responsibility, but we will provide necessary data to the relevant authorities if requested officially.
Disturbance: If a customer experiences disturbance from another customer, they should follow these steps:
Block the disturbing member.
If harm occurs, report the disturbing party to the relevant authorities, acknowledging that the ORGANESH platform is not a party to this dispute and bears no responsibility, and no data will be provided except through an official request from the relevant authorities.
Article Fourteen: Prohibited Goods and Advertisements
Prohibited Goods
The goods outlined below are prohibited on the site. These goods are not allowed to be advertised or purchased through the site. We will ban advertisers who promote these goods and will also ban those who respond to them via private messages or replies. Please note that there is no warning before the ban, and the ban is final with no discussion.
Prohibited goods include:
• All goods or services prohibited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Instalment plans and banking products. These goods are prohibited even if they are considered legitimate.
• Medicines and medical and health products. These goods are prohibited even if allowed by the Ministry of Health and even if they are recommended by the ministry.
• Network marketing. Any type of network marketing is strictly prohibited, regardless of its nature or method.
• Weapons, including firearms, pistols, and personal protection weapons and their accessories, even if licensed.
• Sexual products in all forms and types.
• Stocks, portfolio management, currencies, and their marketing, and everything related to that.
• Laser devices and spying or eavesdropping equipment.
• Websites, forums, electronic services, emails, and selling memberships and programs.
• Selling any free goods. For example, emails and Twitter or Instagram accounts, etc.
• Goods that infringe on intellectual property rights, such as pirated software and copied movies.
• Tobacco products.
• Advertising products or services that require a license without obtaining the license from the regulatory authority.
• Prohibited devices such as jamming devices, encryption devices, or mobile signal boosters.
• Devices with security risks.
• Advertising SIM cards or communication services without obtaining the necessary licenses and without submitting them to the site’s licensing system.
• Collecting and selling data and violating the personal data protection system.
Prohibited Advertisements
The following list includes most methods and types of prohibited advertisements on the site:
• All advertisements not related to buying and selling.
• Posting topics on the site.
• Advertising for the purpose of suggesting improvements or discussing issues with the site management. Advertisements are intended for buying and selling only. Adding advertisements about suggestions for site development harms the ads of advertisers on the site. The best way to suggest or complain is to contact us via the "Contact Us" form.
• Incomplete advertisements.
• Low-quality advertisements.
• Poor communication from the advertiser with members interested in the listed goods. For example, an advertiser selling a car but not responding to calls or private messages.
• Advertising in the wrong section. For example, posting a request for a car in the listings or advertising furniture in the cars section.
• Adding an advertisement while you have another banned membership. You must first discuss the ban with us before adding any new advertisement.
• Adding an image that does not belong to the same item. If the item is a car, even for the purpose of clarification.
• Adding images of another item not listed. For example, an advertiser selling a used phone but displaying an image of another used phone of the same type.
• Any advertisement containing a reference to any form of racism.
• Any advertisement containing incorrect information, whether intentional or unintentional. For example, an advertiser claims a car has never been in an accident, only to prove later that it has been. The advertiser should not add any information about the item unless they are sure of it.
• Adding an advertisement for the purpose of defamation. If you have a complaint against an advertiser, please contact us and clarify the issue. If you have a problem with an unrelated party, please report it to the responsible authority.
• Adding an advertisement title that contradicts the content of the advertisement. For example, an advertiser writes in the title: "Camry 2011" and then states in the advertisement that they are requesting a Camry 2011. The visitor seeing the title will think there is an offer for a Camry 2011.
• Copying another advertiser’s advertisement or part of it.
• General advertisements that do not specify a particular item, such as "We have lands for sale" or "We have cars for sale." The correct way is to advertise the specific item, such as "We have a land for sale, area X in neighborhood Y in Riyadh" or "We have a car model X."
• Donation and help requests. State regulations prohibit donations and charitable work outside the specified legal framework.
• Advertisements about contributions and subscriptions.
• Soliciting help from beggars. We will ban members who assist beggars on the site.
• Requesting favors or assistance, whether legitimate or not. The site is for goods only.

18. The use of this service is prohibited by any non-human user, except for non-human users belonging to the following companies only:

Failure to comply with these terms grants the owning company the right to suspend your membership and refer your violation to the relevant authorities for penalties when necessary, as well as to prevent you from accessing the platform and adding your phone number to the list of suspended accounts without any liability and without the need to notify you. You also agree not to return to use the platform unless it is approved by the platform.
Article Three: Liability
The owning company provides a service that enables users to display their goods and publish content according to the agreed-upon usage policy. It does not provide any guarantees and bears no responsibility in the event of non-compliance by the user or consumer.
The ORGANESH platform disclaims any responsibility for any risks, damages, consequences, or losses incurred by the seller, buyer, or any other party. Those who suffer damage should visit the "Contact Us" link and explain the harm suffered, and the company will take action based on the nature of the incident without any liability.
By using the ORGANESH platform, you acknowledge your full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and statutes while using the platform. You are also responsible for managing all purchase and delivery operations if the account is an electronic store, and for resolving any issues and disputes arising from the content of the advertisement. You must adhere to the content guidelines set by the ORGANESH platform and bear the consequences and damages of the content, releasing the ORGANESH platform from any claims arising from or related to your transactions.
By using the ORGANESH platform, you authorize the platform to store the personal and non-personal data you have entered on the company’s servers, and we have the right to access and review it.
By using the ORGANESH platform, you acknowledge the platform's right to monitor private messages when necessary to ensure compliance with the Terms of Use, and we have the right to delete advertisements and take action on attached images when needed.
The directives, decisions, and instructions from the management and supervisors of the site are binding on the second party upon delivery via private messages on the site, mobile, email, or notification system, and you must comply with them.
By using the platform, you acknowledge the right of the ORGANESH platform that if you violate the laws and regulations of the Kingdom or the policies of the ORGANESH platform, the owning company has the right to seek damages and losses from you and charge you for legal fees related to all matters and cases concerning your violation, and you are obligated to compensate for them.
Article Four: Membership Conditions
Membership is defined as the username registered by the individual on the ORGANESH platform, which is linked to their mobile number, and must comply with the following conditions:
A suitable and appropriate name must be chosen during the registration process.
Creating more than one account for the same user on the platform is prohibited.
Using more than one membership on the platform for each person or entity is prohibited.
You must update your mobile number linked to the membership if your number changes or is lost.
If your membership name includes a trade name or trademark, you must be the owner of the trademark or authorized to use the name or trademark.
Selling or transferring the membership to another party is prohibited, and allowing any other party to use it is also prohibited. The original member is responsible for any violations or legal liabilities, and both parties in the case of sale or transfer are violating the usage policy of the ORGANESH platform.
The member must not share their membership information with anyone.
The ORGANESH platform commits to taking necessary measures to protect and preserve data, knowing that the internet is not a 100% secure means of storing confidential information (see the Privacy Document).
The service exchanges some information with your device to provide the service to you.
The platform uses statistical programs such as Google Analytics to develop and improve the service.
By using the ORGANESH platform, you acknowledge the platform's right to suspend your number or account and include it in the list of suspended accounts if a report or complaint is filed against you or if you commit a violation deemed worthy of suspension by the platform's management. You undertake not to publish these incidents or events on electronic platforms or social media, and we have the right, if proven, to refer the matter to the relevant authority for penalties and fines, and hold you liable for all resulting damages and losses.
Article Five: Conditions for Adding Content to the Platform
1. You commit not to advertise any prohibited goods on the platform.
2. You commit not to add any prohibited responses on the platform.
3. You commit not to send any prohibited messages on the platform.
4. You commit to specifying the selling price of the advertised goods.
5. You commit to monitoring your advertisement and responding to customer inquiries through replies or private messages.
6. You commit to adhering to the policy on repeated advertisements.
7. The advertised material must be a good or service only.
8. The advertisement must contain complete details and be in the correct section.
9. The platform reserves the right to delete any content or advertisement without providing a reason for the deletion.
10. Copying any advertisement from the platform is prohibited.
11. You must obtain the necessary licenses for advertising if you are providing a service, selling goods, or practicing a profession that requires regulation and licensing, and disclose the registered entity and license or permit details along with the applicable professional title and the state granting the license or permit.
12. The advertiser must ensure that the images added to the advertisement are of the same good being advertised.
13. Content images must be morally appropriate, of high quality, and must not violate the Ministry of Labor regulations, human rights, or any governmental or private entity's regulations.
14. You must adhere to not advertising goods and services that fall under the list of prohibited goods and services. You must also comply with the list of prohibited responses and prohibited messages.
15. You commit not to advertise for someone you do not know or register for someone you do not know.
16. Updating and modifying the advertisement are subject to all conditions and regulations in this agreement, and the user is responsible for any violations that occur during the creation of the advertisement or after updating or modifying it.
17. The creation, updating, and modification are solely the responsibility of the user.
18. The advertiser is obligated to update the advertisement, and if not updated, the advertisement will be automatically deleted.
Article Six: Regulations for Advertising Labor Services
1. To advertise labor services, the entity must be a recruitment office licensed to conduct this activity.
2. The advertisement must not contain terms or phrases that could offend the dignity of foreign workers and domestic labor, such as using terms like "for sale," "for purchase," or "for transfer," which should be replaced with "service transfer."
3. The advertisement must not include the terms "servant" or "maid," but should use "worker" or "employee."
4. The advertisement must not impose any financial costs on the worker for the transfer of services under any circumstances.
5. The advertisement must not include personal photographs, identity cards, residence permits, passports, or any other personal data of foreign workers and domestic labor.
6. The advertisement must not indicate that the service provider, advertiser, or their equivalent receives any financial amounts for service transfers under any circumstances.
7. The worker's consent must be obtained before transferring their services.

Advertisers promoting the listed products (prohibited goods) on the platform will be banned. Advertising or purchasing these items is prohibited, and those who respond to such advertisements via private messages or replies will also be banned. Please note that there will be no warning prior to the ban, and the ban is final and non-negotiable.
Prohibited goods include:
1. All goods prohibited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Installment plans and banking products are prohibited, even if considered legitimate.
3. Medicines and medical and health products are prohibited, even if allowed under Ministry of Health laws or recommended by the ministry.
4. Network marketing is strictly prohibited in any form.
5. Weapons, including firearms, pistols, rifles, personal protection weapons, and their accessories, even if licensed.
6. Sexual products in all forms and types.
7. Stocks, portfolio management, currencies, and marketing related to them.
8. Laser devices and spying or eavesdropping equipment.
9. Websites, forums, electronic services, emails, membership sales, and software.
10. Selling any free goods, such as emails and social media accounts.
11. Goods that infringe on intellectual property rights, such as pirated software and movies.
12. Tobacco products.
13. Advertising products or services requiring a license without obtaining the necessary license from the regulatory authority.
14. Prohibited devices such as jamming devices or signal boosters.
15. Devices that pose security risks.
16. Advertising SIM cards or communication services without obtaining the necessary licenses and submitting them to the licensing system on the site.
17. Collecting and selling data in violation of personal data protection regulations.

1. All advertisements that do not relate to buying and selling.
2. Advertising for the purpose of adding a suggestion or discussing an issue with the management of the ORGANESH platform. Advertisements are for buying and selling only.
3. Adding advertisements for suggestions to develop the platform. For suggestions or complaints, please fill out the form in the "Contact Us" section.
4. Incomplete advertisements.
5. Low-quality advertisements.
6. Poor communication between the advertiser and interested members regarding the displayed item (e.g., advertising a moisturizer and then not responding to calls or private messages).
7. Advertising in the wrong section (e.g., advertising for a moisturizer in the furniture section or selling furniture in the car section).
8. Adding an advertisement while having another account that is banned. You must first discuss the ban with us before adding any new advertisements.
9. Adding a picture that does not belong to the same item, even if for clarification purposes.
10. Adding images of items not being advertised (e.g., advertising a used phone and then including an image of another used phone of the same type).
11. Any advertisement that contains a reference to a racial matter in any form.
12. Any advertisement that contains incorrect information, whether intentional or unintentional (e.g., advertising a beauty device as unused, then it is proven to have been used or has a defect).
13. Adding an advertisement for the purpose of defamation. If you have a complaint against an advertiser, please contact us and clarify the issue. If your problem is with an unrelated entity, please report it to the responsible authority.
14. Adding a title for an advertisement that contradicts the content of the advertisement (e.g., writing in the title "Camry 2011" while the content is about wanting a "Camry 2011." The visitor will think there is an offer for a "Camry 2011").
15. Copying an advertisement from another advertiser or part of it.
16. General advertisements that do not specify a particular item (e.g., advertising "We have land for sale" or "We have cars for sale in our showroom." The correct approach is to advertise the specific item, e.g., "We have a car type X, model Y, etc.").
17. Donation and assistance advertisements. The state’s regulations prohibit donations and charitable work outside the specified legal framework.
18. Advertisements about contributions and subscriptions.
19. Soliciting and assisting beggars. Members who assist beggars on the platform will be banned.
20. Requesting Favors and assistance, whether legitimate or illegitimate.
21. Advertisements that exploit authority.

Article Eleven: Subscription System
The ORGANESH platform offers an annual subscription system for certain services. If you subscribe to a system, you must adhere to the subscription terms, which differ based on the type and nature of the subscription. You must generally comply with the following:
Read the subscription terms before paying the fees and ensure that the subscription aligns with the nature of your activity.
Pay the subscription fees before benefiting from the service.
The ORGANESH platform has the right to suspend your account or limit account features if it is determined that you are not complying with the platform's usage policies.
If you wish to recover your subscription fees, you must submit a refund request within 3 days of the payment date.
The platform is not obligated to refund subscription fees if the refund request is submitted more than 3 days after payment or if the account suspension is due to a violation of the usage policy.
Article Twelve: Payment and Transaction Procedures
To protect your transactions with the seller or buyer, you must follow all or some of the following steps:
Conduct the sale face-to-face in a public place using reliable legal methods.
Verify the identity of the seller or buyer before any transaction.
Inspect the product to ensure it is free of defects.
Use the secure payment methods outlined in the platform's transaction guidelines.
Failure to comply with the above guidelines may expose you to fraud, and you acknowledge under this agreement that you bear full responsibility and that the owning company is not a party to the transaction and bears no responsibility. You commit to filing a report or complaint on the ORGANESH platform to address the fraudulent party and will report the incident to the relevant authorities if any harm occurs. You also agree not to publish these incidents or events on electronic platforms, social media, or elsewhere.
Article Thirteen: Security Policy of the Owning Company
The owning company is committed to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and is not a party to any disputes or issues arising between users due to one or both parties violating the Terms of Use. However, we strive to enhance the security aspect of the platform to minimize and eliminate violations by some users that contravene the usage policies and terms. This is to ensure fair buying and selling and combat fraud and deception, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Therefore, the owning company has the right to take necessary action against any individual or legal entity that violates these rules, including legal action before the relevant authority. The following are common violations and the necessary actions regarding them:
If a customer experiences fraud by another party: The customer should report to the relevant security authorities and fill out the complaint form on the ORGANESH platform in the "Contact Us" section. The platform management will review the complaint and investigate the accused party to take appropriate action. The ORGANESH platform will not be a party to such cases and bears no responsibility, but we will provide information to the relevant authorities if requested officially.
Violation of state policies or sovereignty: The advertisement will be deleted, the advertiser's membership will be suspended, and the relevant authorities will be notified.
If an advertisement for any prohibited goods is posted: The advertisement will be documented and archived, deleted, the member will be suspended, and relevant authorities will be notified.
If an individual, institution, or company engages in illegal methods (such as hacking or using unauthorized data collection methods) to access platform content, programming, databases, or information related to ORGANESH customers to copy and republish advertisements or benefit in any way: The owning company will approach the relevant authorities to prosecute the other party for electronic hacking and violation of information crime laws.
If an individual or legal entity copies advertisements from the owning company to another site: The owning company will approach the relevant authorities to file a lawsuit and pursue the other party for infringing the company's rights.
Violation of third-party intellectual property rights or patents: If you believe your rights have been violated, you must fill out the rights infringement complaint form and provide evidence of the infringement in the published advertisement. The owning company will review the complaint, verify its validity, and take necessary action. You must also approach the relevant authorities if you wish to sue the party that infringed your rights. The owning company will not be a party to the case and bears no responsibility.
If the second party falsely rates another member, both members will be suspended and prevented from using the platform if it is evident that they colluded. Necessary actions will be taken for any consequences resulting from this rating.
In cases of defamation, insults, or privacy violations: The affected customer should fill out the relevant complaint form, and the platform management will review the complaint and investigate the accused customer. Necessary action will be taken if it is confirmed that the Terms of Use were violated. The harmed customer should approach the relevant authorities to file a complaint. The owning company will not be a party to such cases and bears no responsibility, but we will provide necessary data to the relevant authorities if requested officially.
Disturbance: If a customer experiences disturbance from another customer, they should follow these steps:
Block the disturbing member.
If harm occurs, report the disturbing party to the relevant authorities, acknowledging that the ORGANESH platform is not a party to this dispute and bears no responsibility, and no data will be provided except through an official request from the relevant authorities.

• Adding an advertisement for the purpose of defamation. If you have a complaint against an advertiser, please contact us and clarify the issue. If you have a problem with an unrelated party, please report it to the responsible authority.
