I’m at my absolute breaking point and need real answers from people who’ve actually used
Iverhope 12mg (ivermectin 12 mg tablets)

Little background: I’ve had scabies since August (4 months now). Been through:
3 full rounds of permethrin (did nothing)
2 rounds of benzyl benzoate (burned like acid)
Sulfur ointment for weeks (smelled like rotten eggs, zero results)
Still waking up bleeding from scratching, new burrows every week, family members starting to itch too. Derm finally said “oral ivermectin is your best shot” and wrote a script, but the pharmacy only had crazy expensive brands. Found Iverhope 12mg online and I’m praying this is the one that ends it.

Did one 12 mg tablet + repeat actually kill everything (classic scabies, not crusted)?
How bad was the itch flare after the first dose? I’m terrified of feeling worse before better.
I’m 68 kg female — is one Iverhope 12mg tablet enough per dose or should I take 1.5?
Any difference you noticed vs Stromectol or other brands?
