  Honestly, the psychology part is the hardest. I started by sending my mom these awesome dating tips specifically written for mature adults. Reading those personal stories and expert advice completely changed her mindset! Once she felt confident, I helped her download the Sequel app. It’s a curated, safe dating space exclusively for over-50s with verified profiles. She’s doing great now!
