In ARC Raiders, staying stocked up on crafting materials can make or break a mission. Glow-Shrooms are especially worth your time – they’re a key ingredient for top-tier medkits and powerful combat boosts. A lot of people think they spawn randomly, but there’s actually a reliable farming route in the Xylos Delta that gives you four every single run. Once you’ve got this path down, you’ll never be short on supplies again. It’s a big edge whether you’re running solo or with a squad. If you’re serious about gearing up, check out ARC Raiders Items before you set off.
Getting Ready and Where to Start
Before you jump in, it’s worth gearing for speed. Anything that boosts sprint or cuts down stamina drain will save you time between spots. The best place to drop in is the abandoned comms tower in the northwest of Xylos Delta. It’s quiet at the start, with a clear view to your first stop. Once you land, get your bearings – you’re ready to move.
Glow-Shroom #1: Sunken Hydroponics Lab
From the tower, head south into a shallow ravine filled with water. Stick with it for about 200 metres until you spot a rusted, round doorway on the left – that’s the Sunken Hydroponics Lab. Go inside, follow the main corridor, and in the last grow room on the right you’ll see your first Glow-Shroom, hiding behind some tipped-over planters. Grab it, then backtrack out.
Glow-Shroom #2: Ancient Tree Root
Once you’re outside again, turn east and climb out of the ravine. You’ll see a huge petrified tree ahead. Head for its base – there’s a hollow root system that forms a small cavern. Inside, right at the back, you’ll find the second Glow-Shroom growing in the damp soil. Watch out for ARC drones here. Most players just snatch the mushroom and leg it instead of fighting.
Glow-Shroom #3: Cliffside Cave
From the tree, keep going east until you reach the big cliff that marks the map’s edge. Follow the cliff north for roughly 150 metres. Look for a narrow cave entrance partly hidden by a trickle of sand – easy to miss if you’re rushing. Inside, halfway along the main tunnel, there’s a small ledge with the third Glow-Shroom. You’ll need to jump or mantle up to reach it. This spot is usually clear of enemies.
Glow-Shroom #4: Crashed Escape Pod
Leave the cave and head northwest across the open ground. You’re aiming for a crashed escape pod – you’ll spot the crater and burnt earth before you see the wreck itself. The pod is split into two big pieces. Your last Glow-Shroom is inside the larger aft section, tucked among broken panels and sparking wires. Once you’ve got it, you’ve completed the route. You can now push on with your main objectives, fully stocked and ready for whatever comes next – or trade up and buy ARC Raiders weapons to make sure you’re properly armed.
