tokenized loyalty programs, the rewards aren’t just points that sit unused - they become tokens people can hold, trade, and even grow in value. It makes customers more engaged because they don’t just spend them; they want to protect and grow them. Plus, features like seasonal campaigns and airdrops add excitement and keep people involved. For me, it felt like a huge upgrade from the usual loyalty programs and gave my customers a reason to keep coming back.
