  I just started on Seretide 50/250 Accuhaler and want to know the common side effects people experienced. I’ve seen mentions of headaches, throat irritation, hoarseness, and occasional coughing, but most sources say many side effects are mild and manageable.

  Hey everyone,
  
  I wanted to share my experience with Ganfort Eye Drop
  and also hear from others who’ve used it. My doctor prescribed it a few months ago to help manage high intraocular pressure caused by early-stage glaucoma. It contains Bimatoprost and Timolol, which work together to reduce pressure inside the eye — one increases fluid drainage, the other reduces its production.
  
  Honestly, after using it consistently once a day, I noticed a visible reduction in eye redness and pressure discomfort. The drops are easy to apply, but you do have to be careful not to touch the nozzle and to wait before putting contacts back in.

  Hi all, I stumbled upon an article titled “Can antibiotics help with allergies?” (on IVERCares) and wanted to get your thoughts. Based on what I understand:
  
  Allergies are immune‐system reactions (not bacterial).
  
  Antibiotics target bacteria, so by logic they shouldn’t help pure allergy symptoms.
  
  But sometimes allergies lead to sinusitis or other complications where bacteria might come in.
  My question is: Has anyone been prescribed antibiotics solely for what seemed like allergies (e.g., sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes) and found it helped (or didn’t)?
